Well whatever I am today, it’s a classic case of metamorphosis. I always dreamt of shaping my life on specific lines and I am now living my dream by sculpting my life and lifestyle accordingly. Apart from a dream, I just had self belief, dedication and sheer determination to succeed.

Well here I am. I dare to be different and care for others’ well being. That’s what has shaped my life and success. Of course I do take pride in the fact that I built a brand worth USD 800 million, backed by a land bank of more than 87 million square feet. But what gives me real joy is the fact that I was successful in creating a mega family supporting 15,000 households. I also take pleasure in acknowledging that I pioneered the concept of corporate governance in AP’s Realty sector. But frankly, nothing beats the joy of supporting 15,000 families.

• Honey Berg, a 3 Star category resort with about 60,000 sq. ft aimed at up-market couples,
• The Great Escape, an Adventure Park in Gold Coast situated on Hyderabad – Vijayawada National Highway
• 1 million sq. ft of commercial space and 1.4 million sq. ft of residential space at Battarmulla, Colombo, Sri Lanka in association with Urban Development Authority, Government of Sri Lanka worth USD 300 million
• A gated community project of 125 luxury villas (3.6 lakhs sq ft) en-route the International Airport, Shamshabad

• Venturing into construction of Highway Road projects and commercial infrastructure Development of Urban Entertainment Centers (UEC) across 8 Tier II and Tier III cities in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

• The company already possesses Quarry's of black galaxy at Chimakurthy and Lingavarigudem. Where in 28 Acres expensive black galaxy stone expected to be 2500 cbm P.A .
